Home Instead Senior Care is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator Near Daytona Beach, FL

Home Instead of Volusia County, the leading non-skilled home care agency in the community, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate CAREGiver and Client schedules for our busy office. Above all, we are seeking a candidate who is an excellent culture fit for our 15-person office and family owned and operated business. Experience is preferred, but not required and we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses:

Job Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships. Create consistency within schedules to best serve clients and CAREGivers.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
  • Increase client loyalty to Home Instead by utilizing the consultative sales process to better meet our current client needs.
  • Follow up and communicate CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care.
  • Inspire CAREGivers to stay engaged with the office for support, training, recognition, etc.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the Emergency Preparedness Plan as assigned.
  • Perform On-Call duties as assigned. On call duties are assigned on a rotating basis and include both week night and weekend responsibilities. These duties are non-negotiable for this position.

This is a full time office position with competitive pay, a bonus plan and great benefits; health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, along with a rewarding and meaningful work experience and opportunities for growth. All Job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a Level 2 criminal background check, motor vehicle check and 10 panel drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
